We came across this breed while mourning for our beloved 14 year old Golden Retriever, Kody. No dog could ever take Kody’s place in our hearts however we knew we wanted another dog for ourselves, as well as a playmate for Drako, our husky mix. We wanted a smart, energetic, fun and lovable dog that could keep up with us on our hikes and long beach walks, however our new furry friend needed to also be somewhat portable since we take a lot of trips downstate and on the 2-tracks of Northwest Lower Michigan.  

After researching several different breeds and speaking with breeders, the Olde Boston Bulldogge was the one that stood out. The ‘bully’ look without all those health ailments most bulldogs have and the vitality to keep it interesting.  

Our dogs are a vital part of our family and they are treated as such. Each has his or her own personality and we will strive to bring out each ones best attributes with each future breeding.
